Refund Policy

• If a purchase does not finish before the card code is issued, the amount goes straight back to your credit.
• If only some cards in an order were issued, the cards that were not issued are returned.

An issued card is a digital product with cash value that you can use the moment you receive it, so use it right away rather than asking for an exchange or refund.

• Your credit is for buying cards. Your credit and any bonus stay in your account with no expiry.
• If you sent an amount different from the one shown, we check the amount received and add it to your credit.
