How to top up
- In your account, open Add funds and press Add funds. A secure PayGate (paygate.cx) checkout opens on the page.
- In the checkout, choose the amount, the coin and the network, and enter an email for your receipt.
- Send exactly the amount shown, down to the last decimal, to the address shown. The checkout and the address stay valid for 60 minutes.
- Once the network confirms the payment, your credit and any bonus are added.
Sending the right amount
- Send the chosen coin on the chosen network. If you picked USDT TRC20, send USDT on the TRON network.
- Sending the exact amount, to the last decimal, gets the fastest confirmation. When sending from an exchange, add the withdrawal fee so the amount received matches.
- For coins (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC) the amount is set at the rate when you choose the coin, and that rate holds for 60 minutes.
Limits and bonus
Top-ups run from $25 to $5,000 in whole dollars.
Your first top-up gets a bonus: 10% from $40, 20% from $100, 25% from $200, 30% from $300, 35% from $500.
Each payment has a small processing fee, shown in the checkout before you pay and added to the amount you send: 5% from $25, 3% from $40, 2% from $100, 1.75% from $200, 1.5% from $300 and 1% from $500.
